ANNOUNCEMENTS:​​

• Beginning Tuesday March 12, 2024 Board Meetings will be held every 2nd Tuesday of the month, 6pm EST.  Every other meeting will be open to owners.  Zoom links will be sent to owners via email for open meetings.

• The Board of Directors would like to welcome Mike Harrell and Richard Hunter back again this year to serve their second term as board members as well as the addition of a new board member, Jim Tometich. Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2025 Board Election.

• Kevin Gregory will remain President.  Rick Hunter was nominated as Vice President.  George Hefferon will remain Treasurer, and Judi Kromenhoek will remain as the Secretary of the 2025 Board of Directors.

• In addition, please also make note of the Disclosure Agreement in the Owner's Portal.  The Board is requiring this document to be sent to all potential buyers at CBW.

• Household Trash *****ONLY***** is to be placed in receptacles at the end of Windward and Leeward ******NO TRASH***** can be left on porches and is subject to a fine.​

• Effective July 1, 2024, the Association is implementing a new two-tier water rate system.  The new rate will be $.10/gal for the first 1,000 gal per bedroom, and $.12/gal for all water use above that amount.  The goal of this rate increase is to encourage owners to conserve water, reduce stress on the RO plant, and move closer to the current costs of producing and processing fresh water.

• Applications to run for the 2026 Board of Directors are due by Jan 7th.

• A vote will be held via a neutral administrator on electionrunner.com.  Voting will open by Jan 15, 2026 and close Thursday, February 5th at 5pm.

• Results of the election will be announced at the 2026 Annual Meeting on Saturday, Feb 7 at Caribbean Fish Market, at 9am.  The meeting can also be seen on ZOOM.  An email will be sent out with the link to the meeting one week prior to the meeting.
